Hi … I recall (with a fading memory) your comments regarding the acquiesce of the profession during the criminal justice review and bore testimony to the consequences. I am keen to hear your view of the same regarding the current review of the Judicial Review which I likely to result in a diminishing responsibility by those exercising public authority.

Just finished Fake Law (which was excellent) then came across an article I thought was going to be another example but I’m pleased to say actually explained why a civil case succeeded when the criminal failed.
